Covid-19 Service Provision

KEY INFORMATION COVID-19 PANDEMIC

As with all responsible organisations, we are committed to the health and safety of our staff, customers and key stakeholders.

Our number one priority is to do as much as we can to mitigate risks associated with Coronavirus.

Following Government advice Bolton Surgical will operate as follows from Monday 30th March 2020;

General Service Enquiries – We will be open as usual for all enquiries relating to quotations, pricing, delivery schedules etc. however please do bear in mind in accordance with our business continuity plans many of our staff will be working remotely therefore, there may be a slight delay in response times.

Orders for New Products – We will be able to take new orders and supply from our UK stock.  Orders for non-stock products will potentially incur a delay due to current international freight embargoes.  We will advise at the time of ordering how this will impact delivery times, if at all.

Repair Service Customers – Our repair service will be operating for you in the normal way however there will be a delay in turn around times due to staff availability.  We will be able to offer an emergency repair service should you need it via our courier service and as usual if you need a collection please do let us know before 12 midday so we can arrange this for you.  We will be able to receive deliveries of repairs into our factory through either our dedicated courier service or our own van and driver.  Customers using our own van and driver will now be contacted each week to determine service requirement and to determine your local Covid-19 protocols to ensure we fully comply with individual sites requirements.

We are continually risk assessing all our business activities in line with the latest information available, the above information is based on current government rules, advice and guidance.  If these do change then we will update our customers accordingly.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our colleagues working on the front line in healthcare whether within the NHS or other caregiving organisations.

If you think we could offer any specific support or assistance to you, please do let us know we will do everything humanly possible to support you at this time.

Yours faithfully,

Lyndsey J Bolton
